What do I get with my purchase?
All products are digital downloads provided in a compressed Zip format. Inside each Zip file, you’ll find SVG, DXF, EPS, JPEG, and EPS file formats.
How do I download my purchase?
You can download your files through the “Orders” or “Downloads” section of your Account page.
What can I do with these files?
Our files are for personal use only, allowing you to create or personalize physical, non-digital items. For further details, contact us at [email protected].
How do I extract files from a zip folder?
Various free and paid programs, such as WinRAR, can unzip files. If you don’t have one, a quick search for “open .zip file” will provide options.
- Double click to open the folder
- Select the needed file
- Click “extract” at the top, making a copy on your computer (usually in the downloads folder)
- Upload your extracted file to your program
How do I use these files with my Cricut Design Space?
Cricut Design Space allows uploading and using SVG files.
- Locate your downloaded file
- Right-click, choose “extract all,” and save it
- Open Design Space
- Click “New Project” and then “Upload”
How do I use these files with my Silhouette Studio?
To open SVG files, upgrade to Silhouette Designer Edition. You may also open DXF files.
- Click on the file tab
- Click “Open”
- In the “Files of Type” list, select “AutoCAD Drawing (*.DWG; *.DXF)”
- Browse and click “Open”
Do your files come pre-grouped?
Yes! To ensure a quick and easy cutting and application experience, our files are pre-grouped by color, matching the listing photos.

How can I pay with a credit card/debit card through PayPal without creating an account?
No PayPal account? No worries! Follow these steps:
- Go to your cart when ready to check out.
- Choose PayPal as your payment method and click “Check out with PayPal.”
- Once redirected to PayPal, select the option to pay with a debit or credit card.
- Fill in your billing and credit card information.
- Enter your email address for a receipt from PayPal.

What if I need to cancel my order?
We don’t offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations since our products are digital. Contact us with any order-related problems.
